Problem with the Tascam DR-1 MP3 Player

when I try to record it says card full press play, then it says no music file. Also when I scroll through the menu's it shows no music ?? pretty sure I have deleted everything from this card.. ughhh??

メーカーに問い合わせて教えてもらいました。
Mac OS X でごみ箱に入れても、ファイルは物理的には削除されていません。USB でつないで、ごみ箱を空にするか、SDカードを初期化すれば直ります。

たぶんものすごく間違っている英語。
